- A MyAgedCare Home Care Package (HCP) is designed for those that are living independently (not in residential care).
- Your MyAgedCare Home Care Package (HCP) may be able to assist you with funding support in order to purchase your CapTel handset and captioning service.
- Please note, once the 24 month period of CapTel captioning has finished, there will be on offer other cost effective captioning solutions.
- Check with your MyAgedCare Home Care Package (HCP) for funding eligibility for a CapTel handset and captioning service.
Eligibility
- As per your MyAgedCare Home Care Package (HCP) funding criteria, please contact AccessComm for a quote and/or purchase invoice for your CapTel handset and captioning service.
- Once you’ve met the funding criteria, your MyAgedCare Home Care Package (HCP) fund will process your application for approval.
- Please note that the CapTel 840i handset and captioning service is categorised as an “Assistive Listening Device” and therefore, the most appropriate solution to your individual lifestyle and health support needs.
